Match.com...Advice Needed

I want a boyfriend. I know the saying...."You will find him when you stop looking." But, it is hard to stop looking when you feel ready. With this in mind, I have been contemplating the idea of rejoining Match.com. I may be going out on a limb here, but I am hoping that more than two people actually read this blog and will be willing to offer an opinion...a little dating advice, if you will.

Here is my dilemma...

For those of you who have tried online dating, you can understand what I mean when I say it is often exhausting. Do I have the patience to weed through the array of weirdo's? Then again, if I don't put myself out there, am I limiting potential options? What do you think?

All Match.com profiles have a little headline...some are great, some are lame. Here is an example: "Director of Awesome." If I do rejoin, I will need to post a clever headline for myself. If you are in favor of me reinstating the membership, any and all witty headline suggestions will be greatly appreciated. (Of course I will let you know which one I choose.)

    3. Ditto - How about "Come & Get it" -or- "Stop, in the name of love" -or- "You can stop your search here" JK. Love you though...I'll see if I can find something more serious.

  3. courtney-
I found your blog thru Julia's and read all your posts! You are funny! Should you decide to rejoin the online dating scene, maybe your tagline could be "I'm not into baldface lieing"... a throwback to Chris from KY. :)

  4. The mugshot photo is funny... why not give online dating another try?! Who knows, right? And um...

    Some taglines/slogans:
"I'm the other fish in the sea"
"I'm better than sports, are you better than chocolate?"
"Looking for love but also want to be in the next commercial... just kidding.. sort of."

Ok I suck at this kind of stuff but maybe that will get the ball rolling :)

    Cool blog :)
